Return & Exchange Eligibility
To ensure a smooth return or exchange experience, please make sure:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags must remain attached
- The product is returned in its original packaging
- Products priced below ₹999 may not be eligible for certain coupon-based returns or redemptions
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Sale & Promotional Orders
Products purchased during sitewide sale periods are eligible for exchange only.
Returns are not applicable on sale purchases unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

Pack the product securely with original packaging and tags before handover.
Refund Timeline
Prepaid Orders
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 working days after pickup.
COD Orders
Refunds are processed to your shared bank account within 5-7 working days after pickup.
Refunds are issued based on the actual amount paid at checkout after discounts.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Need another size or style?
You can request an easy exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.
Damaged / Incorrect Product Received
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A product without tags
- A wrong product
Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
This helps us resolve the issue quickly for you.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
